SATSANG OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF CLASSES. Overall, it’s important to know that in a class you take at our studio, you won’t be asked to push past your healthy physical and mental limitations — but you will break new ground nonetheless and discover your fullest potential.

Bliss Hour

Not enough time for yoga holding you back? Bliss Hour provides a 60-minute yoga practice that is satisfying and effective. All levels welcome.

Empower Hour

Designed to build strength, gain mobility and have fun. Class draws from a wide range of movement modalities including Yoga, strength conditioning and active stretching. All levels welcome.

 

Energetic Flow

Intelligently sequenced classes that move at a slightly quicker pace. This class will challenge, support and surprise you. A well-rounded practice that will leave you satisfied and relaxed.

 

Hatha Flow and Meditation

Enjoy the flow of physical postures, breathwork and meditation. Explore your abilities boundaries with acceptance and grace. Perfect for all levels and will leave you feeling strengthened, renewed and energized.

Gentile Yoga and Restorative/Candlelight Yoga

Restorative yoga is the art of non-doing. Props support the body to unwind and release, inviting you into a deep state of rest. Soak in the calming effects of specially selected essential oils, you will release, relax and feel renewed in our beautiful candlelit studio.

Satsang Flow

(Formally Basic Flow) This class explores many of the aspects of the practice from sun salutations to inversions. This moderate pace class is perfect for all levels.

Satsang Open

This class is for anyone with a solid foundation and ready to dive deeper into the world of yoga. Each teacher has their own style and provides a unique experience.

Sunrise Flow

Start your day with this 60-minute practice. Challenging and effective, Sunrise Flow will strengthen and tone your hot spots, increase endurance, enhance flexibility, and bring balance into your life.

Yoga Nidra

A highly powerful ancient meditation technique originated from the Tantras. It is the scientific way to eliminate the root cause of all the negativities. In the deep relaxation state of yoga nidra, the mind is in a state between sleep and wakefulness and its receptivity is many times more than its receptivity in wakeful state. The secret is that the subconscious mind is at front in this state while the conscious mind takes the back seat. The subconscious mind is a very obedient disciple and immediately carries out the orders that you put to it. You can completely train your subconscious mind then the ordinary conscious mind will follow the suit.

Meditation

Concentrate on progressive relaxation and breathing techniques; guided visualizations, healing meditations and poems and passages from the great spiritual traditions. These include and are not limited to, Hinduism, Buddhism,The teachings of The Tao, the poems and teachings of the mystical poet Rumi, Thich Nhat Hanh, Mystical Christianity, and the teachings and poems of the Native American traditions.These poems and passages are not religious in nature, but focus on the unity of life and the principles of love, forgiveness and compassion. These meditations are designed to bring deep understanding and peace into one’s life.

Children are introduced to yoga through age appropriate games, music, stories and play. Tammy takes a fun creative approach to movement, meditation, breath work and relaxation all in a safe supportive environment. Kids these days need yoga. Your child will learn to self soothe, manage stress, and express themselves both on and off the mat.

Yoga for Middle School Girls

Yoga, the answer to your prayers as a parent and the prayers of your child. A place for teens to go, unwind and understand their bodies from the inside out. they learn how to navigate through all of the challenges and changes that happen to their bodies. they can be creative and take chances in a safe environment surrounded by peers who offer support and encourage.
